Public Organization “RISE – Rebuild, Integrate, Support, Empower” was established to drive the comprehensive recovery of Ukraine and strengthen communities. We operate at the intersection of infrastructure, social services, and innovative solutions, uniting people, resources, and expertise to foster sustainable development.

We believe that true recovery is not only about rebuilding structures but also about creating integrated communities, providing support to those who need it most, and opening new opportunities for future generations.

INFRASTRUCTURE RECOVERY

We are committed to rebuilding and modernizing damaged infrastructure — from residential buildings to community spaces. Our projects include:

  • Repair and construction of socially significant facilities (schools, hospitals, community centers);

  • Restoration of transport and logistics infrastructure;

  • Creation of modern, safe, and inclusive public spaces for residents.

The goal of this direction is to restore comfortable living conditions for people and stimulate the revival of economic activity within communities.

Areas of Focus

ACCESS TO CLEAN WATER AND SANITATION

Ensuring access to safe drinking water and modern sanitation is one of the key conditions for recovery. Our initiatives include:

  • Installing water purification systems in communities affected by the war;

  • Implementing ecological solutions to preserve water resources;

  • Developing sustainable water resource management systems within communities.

We strive to guarantee every person the right to safe water and dignified sanitation.

ENERGY AND ENERGY EFFICIENCY

Sustainable development is impossible without modern energy solutions. In this area, we implement:

  • Projects introducing green technologies and renewable energy sources;

  • Construction of small solar and wind power plants;

  • Energy audits and improvement of building energy efficiency;

  • Support for innovative startups in the energy sector.

These projects help reduce dependence on traditional resources and create a foundation for Ukraine’s energy independence.

SOCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE

We rebuild not only buildings but also human potential. Social infrastructure is an investment in people and communities:

  • Establishing centers for children and youth, including those affected by the war;

  • Rehabilitation programs for veterans and their families;

  • Educational and cultural initiatives for community development;

  • Integration projects for internally displaced persons (IDPs) and vulnerable groups.

The goal of this direction is to provide psychological, social, and educational support, enabling people to rebuild their lives and feel part of society.

EUROPEAN INTEGRATION AND PARTNERSHIP

We understand that Ukraine’s recovery requires international cooperation and integration into the European community. In this area, we:

  • Develop and submit projects for EU and international donor grant programs;

  • Build partnerships with foreign organizations, foundations, and municipalities;

  • Organize exchange and training programs for Ukrainian communities;

  • Engage leading EU experts to implement modern standards in reconstruction.

This approach enables Ukraine to integrate into the European system of values and practices, making recovery modern, transparent, and effective.
